Our regular work hours are 8am to 6pm 7 days a week and we are available 24 hrs a day with pre-arranged bookings. Bookings are essential for any out of hour operations, weekends, public and school holidays. For next day bookings please call us directly. For advance bookings please text or email Palmbeachwatertaxis@gmail.com with your enquiry. If the driver does not answer right away we will return your call as soon as possible as we may be assisting passengers or tying up the vessel. There may be periods were the vessel is unavailable due to weather conditions or scheduled vessel servicing so please check in advance.

Meet The Crew

Our skippers are experienced with handling the vessel day and night on Pittwater, Hawkesbury and Central Coast areas. Please listen to their instructions as you are boarding and disembarking from the vessel .
If there are any special occasions or requirements please let us know!

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

CAPACITY
We can take up to 10 passengers. Capacity may need to be reduced during night time or adverse weather conditions.
LUGGAGE
Minimal luggage is free however excess luggage can displace passenger capacity.
Excess luggage may incur an additional fee.
PAYMENT
We take card only.
BOAT TRANSFERS
Boat transfers include an additional fee and due to weather events may not be possible. We are not a tender service.

I don’t know what my 3yo nephew loved more. The camping trip, or sitting front seat with Mick on the 10min boat ride from the basin to palm beach. Without a doubt, his company and entertainment alone is worth more than the fee itself. Absolute stand up guy, real people person, but also charges a fair price. Very responsive, was on time. Cheaper than the ferry who also charged for Camping gear, and only comes hourly.

What an amazing service. From the minute I contacted Mick the communication was great. We had booked for a return to trip from Palm Beach to Peats Bite for our team Christmas party. Mick offered to bring an esky, ice and glasses for our trip and even stopped in transit so we didn't spill a drop of bubbles as we refilled our glasses (more than once!). We really felt like special customers and Chloe and Mick could not have been more hospitable. Unfortunately it is becoming more rare to receive exceptional service but Palm Beach Water Taxi's exceeded all our expectations.
